Legacy Creative is looking for a thoughtful, creative Copywriting Intern who loves shaping ideas into clear, compelling words. You’ll support our mission of helping Christian schools communicate with truth, clarity, and confidence. From digital copy to print materials, you’ll help schools share who they are and what they stand for. Comfort working with faith-based content is important.

A Typical Work Day

As a Copywriting Intern at Legacy Creative, you’ll help Christian schools tell their stories well. Every school has a mission, a heartbeat, a reason they open their doors each morning—and your writing will help families see it.

You’ll assist in crafting website copy, email content, social captions, print pieces, campaign messaging, and more. You’ll receive direction and editing support from our team, but you’ll also have space to generate ideas, explore messaging angles, and learn how thoughtful words can move people toward action.

Responsibilites

  • Write and edit copy for websites, social media, print materials, and marketing campaigns

  • Adapt tone and messaging to fit each school’s brand and audience

  • Participate in internal reviews and respond to feedback with revisions

  • Research school stories, distinctives, and programs to strengthen writing accuracy

  • Collaborate with designers to ensure words and visuals support one another

  • Prioritize deadlines and manage multiple writing assignments at once

Qualifications

  • Strong writing and editing skills with an eye for clarity and tone

  • Ability to organize ideas and write in a concise, purposeful style

  • Comfortable writing for Christian schools and faith-based contexts

  • Willingness to accept feedback and refine drafts

  • Able to work independently while communicating progress clearly

  • Bonus: experience with SEO basics, content strategy, or storytelling frameworks
