Creative Services Coordinator
Location: Tempe, Arizona (Some travel required)
Type: Part-time (18–22 hours/week to start, with potential for full-time)
Compensation: $16.75 – $20.00 /hour
Legacy Creative is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and mission-driven team member to help us serve Christian schools across the country. The Creative Services Coordinator will act as a bridge between our partner schools and our creative team – keeping projects moving, ensuring schools feel supported, and helping deliver high-quality marketing and communication materials. This role requires someone who is a self-starter, able to identify needs and take initiative independently, while also thriving in a collaborative, team-focused environment.
This is a part-time position to start, but there is strong potential for the role to grow into a full-time position as Legacy continues to expand. It’s a great fit for someone who thrives in a flexible environment, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and is eager to grow in both project management and creative execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a project manager for client schools, checking in regularly and keeping projects on track.
- Act as a liaison between schools and the Legacy Creative team to ensure timely deliverables.
- Support creation of client-facing content: graphics, newsletters, social media, video/photo, and website updates.
- Assist with drafting and editing website copy for client projects, ensuring content is clear, engaging, and aligned with each school’s mission and voice.
- Capture and edit photo/video content during school visits and events.
Assist in developing proposals, preparing materials, and supporting business development efforts (webinar series, blog posts, etc.). - Represent Legacy Creative at conferences, school visits, and events.
- Assist in planning and executing Legacy Creative events, including our annual ElevatED conference.
- Provide administrative support.
- Contribute to a collaborative, positive, and mission-driven team culture.
- Other duties as assigned, aligned with the role and mission of the organization.
Qualifications
- Experience in or familiarity with Christian schools strongly preferred.
- Background in marketing, communications, or education is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proactive, self-starter who can identify tasks independently and take initiative.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; professional and approachable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience using project management software.
- Experience with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, etc.) strongly preferred.
- Ability to capture and edit photo/video content is a strong plus.
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail and design.
- Reliable, flexible, and eager to learn new tools and systems.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client visits and events.
